I'm Jason and here is my bike. It uses a Nexus 8 speed internally geared rear hub. Gives about the same bottom to top range as a two chain ring road bike but the percentage increase between gears is higher. It's a great commuter and you don't have to clean and lubricate it all the time - that's a big plus:
